Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility:

  • item in the same condition as received,

  • unused, with all original tags,

  • in the original packaging,

  • include proof of purchase (receipt/invoice).

How to start a return:

Return address (after approval):
Piotr Kaczyński, Kręta 3, 66-133 Klenica, Poland.
Once approved, we’ll send you a return label and instructions.
Parcels sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items:

  • personalized items,

  • sale items,

  • gift cards.
    If you have questions about a specific item, please contact us before purchase.

Exchanges:
The quickest way to get what you want is to return the item and place a new order after the return is approved.

Right of withdrawal (EU):
For deliveries to the EU, you have a 14-day right to cancel/return your order without giving any reason. Items must meet the same condition requirements as above, and proof of purchase is required.

Refunds:
We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and inform you whether the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within up to 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.
