1. Order Processing Time
All miniatures are printed on demand.

The standard processing time is 3–7 business days from the date the payment is received.

For larger orders or custom products, the processing time may be extended – in such cases you will be informed individually.

2. Shipping Options – Poland
We offer domestic shipping within Poland via:

  • Poczta Polska (registered parcel) – 2–5 business days

  • InPost Lockers 24/7 – 1–3 business days

  • DHL / DPD Courier – 1–3 business days

The shipping cost depends on the selected method and is provided at checkout.

3. Shipping Options – Worldwide
International delivery is handled via:

  • Global Express – delivery time 1–8 business days (depending on the destination country)

The cost of international shipping depends on the delivery zone and will be calculated at checkout.

4. Additional Information

  • All shipments are securely packed (resin miniatures are fragile and require careful packaging).

  • After dispatch, you will receive a tracking number.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers.

  • For international shipments, the buyer is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, and other local fees.
